COVID-19 Information

We know things aren’t quite back to normal yet, so here’s a quick update on everything we’re doing to keep things running normally whilst keeping you and our teams safe.

How are you keeping your workers safe?

Our head office and warehouse teams have implemented COVID-secure adjustments such as social distancing measures, additional cleaning procedures and more to ensure that they can continue to work safely. We have also introduced COVID-secure adjustments in our stores as per government guidelines to protect both our store staff and customers whilst shopping.

How are you keeping your workers safe?

According to current guidelines, it is safe to receive parcels. All Royal Mail couriers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. Couriers will attempt contactless delivery, either by posting your parcel through your letterbox, or where this is not possible, by placing the parcel on the doorstep for the occupier to accept the order.

Are your stores open?

Yes, all of our stores are now open with COVID-secure adjustments as per government guidelines. Please see our store locator page to find your local Roman store.

I have a gift card. How can I redeem it?

Your gift card is valid for twelve months, and you can still redeem it in-store. You can also redeem it online if you’d prefer, by entering your gift card details during the payment stage during checkout. Please see our gift cards page for more information on how to redeem gift cards.

When will I receive my order?

We are glad to say that we are able to continue delivering orders according to our usual delivery options. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

I'm currently self-isolating. Can my order still be delivered?

Yes, all Royal Mail couriers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. Couriers will attempt contactless delivery, either by posting your parcel through your letterbox, or where this is not possible, by placing the parcel on the doorstep for the occupier to accept the order.

If you weren’t in to receive your order initially and now cannot collect it due to self-isolation, Royal Mail will hold your parcel for 30 days, after which point they will return it to us. If you would like the order re-sent after this point, please let us know by contacting us.

Are you still delivering internationally?

Yes, we are still delivering orders internationally as usual. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

Is it still possible to return and exchange orders?

Yes, you can still return and exchange orders purchased online and in-store as usual and you should receive your refund as normal. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

I'm currently self-isolating. Can I still return my order?

Yes. For online purchases you have 60 days to return your parcel, and for items purchased in store you have 30 days—which should cover any self-isolation period you are currently experiencing before you can make your return. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.
