After cleansing and toning, apply an appropriate amount of the massage cream to your face. Gently massage in upward and outward motions for 3–5 minutes. Leave on for an additional five minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water or gently wipe away excess product. Use two to three times a week for best results.
